musicians staying connected

Elderly musicians at computer

A lifetime in music means just that. A lifetime. Staying Connected will better equip financially needy musicians to deal with some of the challenges that growing older and retirement can bring. Whether that’s by providing tailored care for musicians in their own home or in special accommodation or providing support which means they are able to re-engage with their local musical community. We need your help to give older musicians the support they need, when they need it most.

How will your donation make a difference?

* £25 pays for internet connection for a month for someone who cannot leave their home
* £150 means an elderly musician can have a panic call alarm system for a year
* £3,000 will pay to have a bathroom adapted to cater for a musician with disability needs
* £10,000 means 100 housebound musicians a year do not have to worry about the heating costs
* £150,000 will help nearly 350 older musicians a year to remain independent in their own homes

We need to raise £4m to fund the Musicians Staying Connected programme. This will give vital support to 250 older musicians a year for the next five years.

Give today and we guarantee your donation will help musicians when they need it most.
